From the very beginning George was extremely pleasant to work with. He was great at communicating and confirming the appointment and showed up on time. He explained his process from the moment he walked in the door and did a fantastic job inspecting our potential property. He was very thorough and knowledgeable from top to bottom and was able to help explain and answer any questions that I had. The BEST part about George is that he is going to be honest and tell you the truth about any major concerns and potentials risks. We had the full report by the end of the day with extreme detail including key pictures and recommendations with supporting facts why. He followed up a few days after to ask if we had any additional questions and was happy to hop on a call to explain some things in further detail. I will definitely being using George and Detail Home Inspection on the next one. A real pleasure to work with!

From the setting up of the appointment to the information he shared with me while he was performing the inspection, the experience was a great one. We highly recommend using Detail Home Inspection! George has done two home inspections for us and he has done a phenomenal job on both. George is very knowledgable and has helped us learn what to look for when inspecting homes. His reports have pictures with detailed descriptions that are super helpful and clear. Detail Home Inspection saved us from a costly home purchase. As thorough as it gets, DHI left no stone unturned, finding every possible defect of the home we almost bought. Luckily, we withdrew from the contract and our takeaway is that we learned so much about a home's structure and are prepared for the next home we look to buy. Thank you George!
